A replacement request must be initiated within a maximum of 5 days from the day of delivery and will only be accepted in case of the below-mentioned cases:

Refund Amount Will Be Initiated in the next 24-48 Hours, Once a customer decided to cancel the order, or in case we have sent the product so we will wait for the product to get delivered back to us, and we will initiate the refund.
